Boomerang Trail Run
Boomerang Trail Run takes place on trails around Batawa Ski Hill in Batawa, Quinte West, Ontario, Canada. The event uses a roughly 7 km loop that participants repeat as many times as they choose within 2, 4 or 6 hour formats.
The course is marked but has no mile markers. Runners will encounter hills, rocks, roots, sticks, mud and bugs. Trail widths vary from sections wide enough for two abreast to narrow single track. There is one road crossing; runners cross at their own risk.
An aid station is located approximately halfway through the loop. Water and Tailwind will be available. This is a cup-less event and volunteers will assist with refilling hydration packs, bottles or handhelds. Participants must check in at the timing table at the start and end of each loop; a universal clock will be used and times will be posted after the event.
There is space at the start/finish for drop bags and to set up chairs or coolers. A porta potty will be on site; there are no changing rooms. Registration policy: no refunds or deferrals. Entries may be transferred to another person but no changes are allowed after June 10, 2025. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
