Daniel Feather Memorial 5K
The Daniel Feather Memorial 5K is a community running and walking event held at Bergman Park in Jamestown, NY. The event offers a 5K running division, a 5K walking division, and a separate division for Jamestown police officers.
Proceeds benefit the Chautauqua Striders and the Daniel Feather Memorial Scholarship. Funds are used to support youth programming and to help keep Chautauqua Striders’ athletic programs accessible and affordable for youth. Graduating high school seniors in the Class of 2026 are eligible for the Daniel Feather Memorial Scholarship; participation in the event as a walker, runner, or volunteer is required to be considered.
Registration for the event opens on April 6, 2026 and closes on August 11, 2026. The registration fee is $25. Day-of check-in and day-of registration are available. The event is part of the 2026 Runner of the Year Series and lists KeyBank and UPMC Chautauqua as sponsors.
