Danefield Relay Fell Race

The Danefield Relay is an annual fell running relay event hosted by Horsforth Fellandale, a fell running club based in North Leeds. The race takes place in the scenic Chevin Forest area, featuring a challenging 3-mile course with approximately 558 feet of ascent. Known for its friendly and competitive atmosphere, the event attracts numerous teams, with recent editions seeing over 130 teams participating.

The relay showcases the best of local fell terrain, combining forest trails and hill climbs.
