The Dam Mill 5K is the 43rd running of a Seashore Striders summer series event held at 1 Cupula Park in Millsboro, Delaware. The program includes both a 5K run and a separate 5K walk division as part of the Seashore Strider Championship Series.

The course is described as flat and fast through the town of Millsboro with a downhill finish into the park. Timing is provided using the Chronotrack B Chip system. Finish-line production, custom event t-shirts, custom awards, a post-race awards presentation within 20 minutes of the final finisher, and induction into the Dam Mill Hall of Fame are listed as event amenities.
Awards are given to overall male and female champions, overall masters (40+), age-group podium finishers across youth, teen, adult, and five-year age bands up to 80+, and to the top five walkers in the walk division.
Registration is offered online and by mail; entry fee tiers are listed for early, pre, and race-week registration and entries received by a specified deadline are guaranteed a t-shirt. The event benefits the Millsboro Fire Department and is produced by Seashore Strider Event Production, Inc.
