Dam 09 Triathlon
The Dam 09 Triathlon is a USAT sanctioned sprint triathlon held at Alamo Heights Swimming Pool in San Antonio. The event includes a pool swim followed by a bike course that goes through shaded streets of Alamo Heights and across the Olmos Park Dam, and concludes with an out and back run. The race is seeded by estimated swim time.

- 400 m pool swim
- 9 mile bike
- 4 km run
Race formats include individual multisport entries and two or three person relays. Registration is tiered by date with individual entry fees listed from $109 up to $150 and relay teammate fees varying by registration period. All athletes must hold a current USAT membership or purchase a one day pass during registration.
Equipment and safety rules are specified. Clip on aero bars are allowed in this non drafting event. E bikes are not allowed. A bicycle helmet with chin strap is mandatory and participants are responsible for bringing a bike in good working condition.
Awards include overall male and female, overall masters, relay winners, and age group awards with age determined by age on December 31, 2025. Finisher medals and gender specific technical shirts are provided. Packet pick up is scheduled in the days before the event with a race day packet pick up option for an additional fee.
