Event overview
Dalmatian Run Fest & Dizzy Dalmatian 101 is a three-day in-person running festival held Saturday through Monday, February 14-16, 2026 (President's Day weekend). Registration opens May 1st. The event uses a paved 6.55 mile loop course and offers packet pickup at the race site on the Friday night before the event and on the race days. The event provides free parking, long-sleeve tee-shirts (sizes not guaranteed after January 31), and a different participant medal for each day. Virtual race options are also available.
Races and format
- 5K - Paws & Claws 5K.
- 10K - Puppy Power 10K.
- Half (2 loops) - multiple half-marathon events available.
- 3-Quarter (3 loops) - 3-Quarter marathon option.
- Marathon (4 loops) - full marathon events.
- Ultra (5+ loops) - ultramarathon events.
- 101-mile stage race - Dizzy Dalmatian 101, run 33.7 miles each day.
- Virtual - Dalmatian Virtual Half, Marathon, Ultra, and Triple Virtual.
Multi-day packages are offered to enter multiple race days, including combinations for three half marathons, three full marathons, or three ultras.
Location and beneficiary
The race site is at Marine Creek Lake near TCC-West, 2700 NW Loop 820, Fort Worth, TX 76179. The designated beneficiary is the Texas Coalition for Animal Protection (TCAP), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides low-cost spay/neuter services and vaccinations through 8 clinics and 40 mobile locations.
