About the race

Dallas Glow Run is a family 5k fun run and walk with a glow-in-the-dark theme on October 10, 2026, in Downtown Dallas, Oregon. The course starts and ends at the Academy Building and follows a mix of trail and road surfaces.

0.5 Miles Kid's Dash (Ages 6 and under)

Registration opens December 28, 2025 and closes October 1, 2026. Registration fees listed for the events are $35.00 for the 5k and $20.00 for the Kid's Dash. A child registered in the Kid's Dash may run with an accompanying adult in the 5k at no extra charge.

5k participants receive a t-shirt, head lamp, glow stick, a free drink ticket, and a Domino's pizza. The event includes a costume contest with prizes awarded in different categories.

All proceeds benefit the local non-profit Christmas Cheer, which serves families in the Dallas area, and a portion of the proceeds will be given to a local breast cancer prevention organization. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
