Event overview
The Daisy Dash 5K takes place on Saturday, March 21, 2026, in Westbrook, CT. The event is organized by the Westbrook Public Schools PTO to raise funds for district schools and to encourage an active lifestyle. The event program includes a 5K road race, a fitness walk and a Kids Fun Run, plus post-race family activities, food, a bake sale and a raffle. Advance packet pick-up is scheduled for Friday, March 20, 2026, at Marathon Sports in Old Saybrook.

Registration is online only and closes on race day, March 21, 2026. 5K entry is $33 before March 15, 2026, and $38 thereafter; race shirts are available to participants for an additional $5 if ordered by March 1, 2026. A limited number of shirts will be available for purchase on race day.
Course, parking and awards
The course is USATF certified (License #149019). It begins at Daisy Ingraham Elementary School, descends to Boston Post Road (Route 1), follows Seaside Avenue to a turnaround near 311 Seaside Avenue with views of Long Island Sound, then returns to finish at the school. Parking is available at the school front lot, the Westbrook Public Library upper lot only, along the road into Daniel Wren Park, and at Oxford Academy on Route 1; carpooling is encouraged. Awards are given to overall male and female winners and to male and female age-group winners in categories from Under 10 through 70+.
