Event

The 4th edition of the DAAA 10 mile Road Race takes place on Sunday 12 April 2026 in Clydebank. The event is organised by the Dunbartonshire Amateur Athletic Association and will also host the West District 10 Mile Road Race Championships (pending) and the DAAA 10 Mile Road Race Championship. The race starts and finishes at Clydebank Leisure Centre and follows the Clyde River along the Firth and Forth Canal to The Bowline at Bowling Harbour before returning to finish near the Titan Crane.

Course and logistics

The course is certified accurate and is almost entirely flat, with one gentle climb between miles 5 and 6. It is an out-and-back route with mile markers, marshals, two water stations at about miles 3 and 7, and first aid at the Event Arena and Glen Lusset. Chip timing is provided by ProTay. The time limit for finishers is 2 hours 30 minutes and the minimum age is 17 on race day. Parking is available adjacent to Clydebank Leisure Centre.
