The course routes through Druid Hill Park and around the Baltimore Zoo. Online registration is offered with tiered fees: early prices in November 2025 ($35 members, $40 non-members), a December 2025 increase ($40 members, $45 non-members), and a final price increase in January 2026 (up to $45 members, $50 non-members). A premium beanie is guaranteed to the first 350 registered runners; beanies may not be guaranteed on race day. Packet pickup is scheduled for January 31, 2026 at Falls Road Running Store (6247 Falls Road, Baltimore).

Awards include top three overall male and female, overall male and female masters, top two in age groups (19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+), and an overall non-binary winner. Post-race offerings include refreshments, music and race photos; a make-up date is listed for February 15, 2026 in case of cancellation and no refunds will be issued if the event is canceled.
