The Cupid Run for Hope 5K & 1Mi. is scheduled for Saturday, February 7, 2026 in Cartersville, Georgia. The event is presented by the Cherokee Judicial Mental Health Community Council and benefits the local Mental Health Court program. This is the second annual running of the event.

Location and course
The event takes place at Dellinger Park, 100 Pine Grove Rd., Cartersville, GA 30120. The 5K follows Dellinger Park's vita trail that circumvents the park. The route has been used for nearly 40 years and has hosted many local 5K races since the 1980s.
Registration, logistics and amenities
Pre-registration closes February 1, 2026. Entry fees listed are $30 for the 5K, $25 for the 1 Mile, and $30 for the Ghost Runner option. Packet pick-up is available the day before the race. T-shirt size is guaranteed for entries completed before January 30, 2026. Day-of registration is available at the park for higher fees. There is parking throughout Dellinger Park and the event is held rain or shine.
Awards and beneficiary details
The 5K offers overall and age-group awards, including 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall (male and female), a master category, and age-group medals across standard age brackets. The 1 Mile awards a single prize to the fastest child 6 and under. Proceeds support the Mental Health Court program, which launched in July 2022 and provides treatment and support services as an alternative to incarceration.
