The Cupid Run for Hope 5K & 1Mi. takes place on February 7, 2026 in Cartersville, Georgia. The event is presented by the Cherokee Judicial Mental Health Community Council and benefits the local Mental Health Court program (MHC). The race location is Dellinger Park at 100 Pine Grove Rd., Cartersville.
The event program includes a 5K, a 1 Mile run/walk, and a GHOST RUNNER option for those who wish to support the cause without participating in person. The 5K course uses Dellinger Park’s vita trail, a route in use for nearly 40 years and historically associated with Cartersville High School races. The course is described as flat and follows the park trail.
Timing will be provided by a professional timing company using MyLaps RFID technology. T-shirt sizes are guaranteed for participants who pre-register before January 30, 11:00pm. Pre-registration packet pickup is scheduled for the Friday before the race at 132 W. Cherokee Ave., beside the Presbyterian Church; race-morning packet pickup is also available. Day-of-race registration and parking are provided at Dellinger Park. Awards for the 5K include overall and age-group placements; the 1 Mile event has a single award for the fastest child 6 and under.
