Crystal Springs Trail Run
The Crystal Springs Trail Run takes place on January 17, 2027, at Huddart Park (Werder Shelter) in Woodside, California. The course runs through towering redwoods, lush ferns, and trails in Huddart Park, King's Mountain, and Bear Gulch. The route is marked with ribbon about every 200 yards and uses color coding; polka-dot flagging indicates required turns and blue ribbons mark wrong-way junctions.

Elevation gain and surface by distance:
- 8K: Elevation gain 710', single track 48%, dirt road 40%, asphalt 12%.
- Half Marathon: Elevation gain 2,190', single track 78%, dirt road 18%, asphalt 4%.
- 35K: Elevation gain 2,990', single track 87%, dirt road 11%, asphalt 2%.
- Marathon: Elevation gain 3,790', single track 72%, dirt road 26%, asphalt 2%.
- 50K: Elevation gain 4,530', single track 72%, dirt road 26%, asphalt 2%.
Aid stations are fully stocked every 5 to 9 miles with fresh fruit, salty snacks, candy, water, and Skratch electrolyte drink; runners are advised to carry at least 20 oz of water between stations. The event is cupless: participants should bring their preferred container; a Hydrapak SpeedCup is sold at check-in. No dogs are allowed in the park. Bib timing uses MyLaps bib tags with gun time.
