Crystal Beach 5K : Fort Erie, Ontario
The event features a sanctioned and certified 5 km out and back course with the start and finish in front of Legacy Bar and Grill at Crystal Beach. The program includes both run and walk categories and a separate kids fun run.

The course rules prohibit bicycles, roller blades, skateboards and scooters. Awards include special prizes for top overall male and female runners and walkers, medals for the top three male and female finishers in each age group, and medals for the top three male and female walkers. All finishers receive a custom medal.
