Event Details
The Crossroads Half Marathon is a 13.1-mile race. It is the 7th annual edition of the event, hosted by Crossroads Running Club. The course is described as fast and relatively flat, taking place on the Middlesex Greenway. This is a paved asphalt trail that follows a historic rail corridor through the communities of Metuchen, Edison, and Woodbridge. The trail is tree-lined, 3.6 miles long, and 10 feet wide.
Registration & Cost
Registration for the 2026 event is closed as it is sold out. There is no race day registration. The regular price was listed as $20.26, with an early bird rate of $14.99 available from January 2 to February 14.
Course & Support
The course will be marked, and a map will be posted in the start area. The Middlesex Greenway is free of regular vehicular traffic, but runners cross several roads open to traffic, including Middlesex CR-514. Water is available at the start/finish area and around miles 2.9 and 4.3. Refreshments are also provided at the start/finish.
Race Information
Timing is provided by Compuscore. The race has a 3-hour cutoff time. Awards are given to the top three overall male and top three overall female finishers. All runners receive a finisher's medal. Free parking and portable toilets are available on-site. Participants are permitted to use headphones. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
