Event overview
The 47th Annual Cross Country Trail Run takes place in Cameron Park, Waco, TX. The event is the first race in the Huaco Cuatro Trail Run Series. Courses run through trails on rolling hills in Cameron Park and use trail segments with names such as Powerline, Slinky, Mix Master, and Vortex.

- 5 Mile Trail Run
The 2 Mile Trail Hike is designated non-competitive. The 5 Mile Trail Run has a course time limit of 2 hours (24 minute per mile pace).
Logistics, awards and extras
Entry fees listed are $35 for the 2 Mile Trail Hike and $40 for the 5 Mile Trail Run; prices increase after January 18, 2026. All finishers receive a finisher medal. Age group awards apply only to the 5 Mile Trail Run, including 1st overall male and female and 1st through 3rd place in each 10-year age group. T-shirt sizes are guaranteed for registrants who sign up by February 2, 2026; a "No Shirt" option offers a $15 discount.
Packet pickup is available early at Waco Running Company on Feb. 13 and on race day at Redwood Shelter in Cameron Park on Feb. 14. Dogs and baby joggers are not allowed on the course.
