Cronkley Fell Race

The Cronkley Fell Race is a challenging 17km event set in the scenic fells of Upper Teesdale, starting and finishing in the hamlet of Holwick. With an ascent of over 560m, this out-and-back route runs parallel to the River Tees and requires participants to have fell running experience and navigation skills, as the terrain is rugged and unmarked. Open to individuals aged 18 and over, the race includes a chip buttie from the Farmhouse Kitchen as part of the entry fee.
