The 11th Annual Cream City 5K Run/Walk takes place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Greenfield Park, 2028 S 124th St, Milwaukee, WI. The event raises awareness for organ, tissue, and eye donation and is held during Donate Life Month. The course is a loop route; the event is open to in-person and virtual participants.

Logistics, entry and awards
Entry fees vary by date, with listed prices of $30, $35, $40, and $50 depending on registration period. The kids fun run entry fee is listed as $15. All registered participants receive a gender-specific long sleeve technical race shirt and access to post-race food and drink. Packet pickup is at Performance Running Outfitters (2205 N Calhoun Road, Brookfield, WI) on April 23 and April 24, with limited pickup the morning of April 25 at Greenfield Park. The 3K Walk is non-competitive and has no awards. The 5K awards include top three overall men and women, masters winners (first male and female age 40+), and top three in standard age-group categories from 10 & under through 70+.
