The Cranford Pizza Run 5K takes place on Sunday, May 17, 2026, in Cranford, New Jersey at Nomehegan Park (1033 Springfield Ave, 07016). The event is presented by Live Run Give LLC, described as veteran owned and Latina-led. Entry includes a shirt (to the first 400 entrants), a finisher's medal, and a slice of pizza; medals are guaranteed to all participants. Course, awards and logistics
The course is a 5-kilometer route at Nomehegan Park. Organizers state there are no hills on the course and that a water station will be available around mile 1.5. Parking is available on site and across the street at Union County Community College. Early packet pick up is offered at Fleet Feet of Summit and packet pick up is available on-site at Nomehegan Park on race day. Awards include top three male and female overall, a most creative costume award, and top three male and female in age groups: 11 & under, 12-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+.
The event donates a portion of proceeds to METAvivor, an organization that funds research specific to stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. The course is being modified due to construction and a bridge closure. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
