The Half Marathon course runs roughly half on paved greenway trails and half on roads. Timing is provided for the Half Marathon and 5 Miler via disposable timing tags. There is a 3:00 hour time limit for the Half Marathon and a 1:15 hour time limit for the 5 Miler. Dogs and strollers are not allowed. There will not be a bag check.
Water and restroom support: six water stops for the Half Marathon and two for the 5 Miler. Portable toilets for Half Marathoners are located at miles 2.5, 4.5, 6.5, 8.5, 10, and 12. Packet pick up is scheduled the days before the race at Charlotte Running Company - Promenade (5355 Ballantyne Commons Parkway) and at OMB Ballantyne (15025 Bowl St).
