Event overview
Medal Madness 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Marathon takes place on March 21, 2026, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Course and format
All courses are out-and-back. The 5K/10K course measures 1.56 miles one way (about 3.11 miles round trip); the 5K completes the course once and the 10K completes it twice. The Half Marathon and Marathon course measures 1.64 miles one way (about 3.275 miles round trip); the half marathon repeats the course four times and the marathon eight times. The course includes a hill at the start and finish. The overall time limit for the course is 6 hours.
