CQ Rescue Fun Run
The BMA CQ Rescue Fun Run is a charity running event taking place on 2 August 2026 at Iluka Park. Routes follow the Bluewater Trail and all distances start and finish at Iluka Park. Proceeds support BMA CQ Rescue.

The event uses automatic chip timing and offers individual and team registration options; teams are groups of four or more. On-course support includes staffed pitstops at turnaround points with water, sunscreen and mosquito repellent. A support squad will be located along the routes. Race-day services listed for participants include coffee at the finish line and professional photography.
Entry fees listed for the event are $45 for the 5 km, $55 for the 7.78 km and $60 for the 10 km. Fees cover event administration and logistics, with all proceeds donated to BMA CQ Rescue.
