CP Nassau 5K Walk, Run, Roll, Stroll
The CP Nassau 5K Walk, Run, Roll, Stroll is scheduled for November 15, 2026 at Eisenhower Park Field 2 in East Meadow, New York. The event is a 5 kilometer course with four participation options: Walk, Run, Roll (wheelchair), and Stroll (stroller). Registration is required to participate and each participant must also register to fundraise.
Participants are required to raise $200. Funds raised will support the MOVE Program, which benefits children and adults who participate in CP Nassau programs. All participants receive a CP Nassau finisher medal; registration materials list a t-shirt among included items.
Event amenities include a pre-race warm-up and stretch, a DJ, and on-course and finish-line services. Live online, email, and text results are provided, along with same-day finish line photos and free video. Parking is available in Lot 2 with a short walk to the start and finish check-in area.
Awards are presented for the top overall male and female finishers, subsequent top overall finishers, top walkers, and top wheelchair finishers. Bibs can be personalized by registering three weeks in advance; last-minute registrants receive bib numbers by text. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
