CP Nassau 5K Walk, Run, Roll, Stroll
The CP Nassau 5K Walk, Run, Roll, Stroll takes place on November 15, 2026 at Eisenhower Park Field 2 in East Meadow, NY. The event proceeds rain or shine and is held within Eisenhower Park, a large public park in Nassau County.
Participants choose among four 5K categories: Walk, Run, Roll for wheelchair users, and Stroll for strollers. Registration is required to participate, and registrants are required to raise $200 each to support the MOVE Program. Funds raised will benefit health, wellness, and mobility programs for children and adults who participate in CP Nassau services.
Event entries include race amenities such as a custom CP Nassau T-shirt and a finisher medal as described in registration options. Registrants who sign up three weeks in advance can have their name printed on their bib; bib number information is available for lookup and last-minute registrants receive their assigned bib number by text.
The race program lists pre-race warm-up and stretch activities, a DJ, live online and same-day results, and free finish line photos and video. Awards are planned for top overall male and female finishers, the next three overall finishers, the top five walkers, and the top two wheelchair finishers.
