Course, entry requirements and policies
Reported elevation gain by distance includes approximately 26,000 ft for the 100 Miler, 17,000 ft for the 100K, about 14,583 ft for the 55 Miler, and 7,713 ft for the 55K. The course uses turn-by-turn directions, color-coded ribbons, and signage at intersections.
Entry qualification requirements are specified: 100 Miler entrants must have completed a 100K with 10,000+ ft of gain, and 100K entrants must have completed a trail 50K with at least 8,000 ft of climbing. The Race Director may change the course, adjust timing, reroute, or cancel the event for safety or other unforeseen circumstances.
