Coyote Classic 5K (Howlween Edition) : Fort Mill, SC
The Coyote Classic 5K is the second annual running event held on October 31, 2026 at 2212 White's Road, Fort Mill, South Carolina. The event is organized to support the athletics program and athletics booster club of Forest Creek Middle School and to raise funds for those programs.
The event format includes an in-person 5K where participants may walk or run, plus a virtual participation option for those who cannot attend on the day. There are opportunities for donations and for organizations or individuals to sponsor the event. Spectators are welcome and vendors and activities are scheduled before and after the race.
Special activities for the Howlween edition include a costume contest with individual and group categories, and a trunk of treat area in the parking lot offering post-race goodies. Registration opens July 1, 2026 and closes September 13, 2026; the registration fee is $30.00.
