Cox Running Club Monster Dash
Cox Running Club Monster Dash takes place at the Woodshed Smokehouse in Fort Worth, Texas, and features multiple race formats on a fast, flat course.
The event offers these distances:
- Half Marathon
- 5K Run/Walk
- Beer Mile (limited to 50 spots)
Online registration closes October 1 and packet pickup is race day only at the race site. Entry fees vary by registration date: 5K fees range from $30 to $40, half marathon fees range from $60 to $75, and the Beer Mile is $20. Race day registration is available at a higher fee.
Race services include a Cox Running Club technical shirt for all registered participants, custom finisher medals, free soft drinks and refreshments, and beer. Awards are presented three deep in five-year age brackets and apply to the 5K and half marathon. Overall awards are given for male and female and masters male and female. Age-group awards include 12 & Under; 13–15; 16–18; 19–24; 25–29; 30–34; 35–39; 40–44; 45–49; 50–54; 55–59; 60–64; 65–69; 70–74; 75–79; 80 & Over; and Race Walkers.
