Distances
- 200-mile
- 100-mile
The event provides ten full, manned aid stations (most offering at least one hot food item and at least one plant-based hot option), nine unmanned water-only stations, and three sleep stations. Crewing is not allowed at unmanned aid stations. Pacers are permitted for both race distances but only from full/manned, crew-accessible aid stations; pacers must carry the same required gear and may not carry items for their runner.
Cutoffs and field size are limited: the 200-mile cutoff is 84 hours and the 100-mile cutoff is 32 hours. Overall entry is limited to 150 runners with initial caps applied to each distance and a documented waitlist and sellout procedure.
Swag and awards differ by distance. The 200-mile entry includes multiple apparel items, a collapsible cup, a year-specific finisher buckle, a free beer at the finish, and cash prizes for first-place male and female finishers with bonuses for new course records. The 100-mile entry includes a drawstring bag, a t-shirt, a finisher buckle, and a free beer. Professional race photography is provided free for download.
The event has a no-refund policy; deferral credit is available on a sliding scale depending on how far in advance the deferral is requested. A shuttle is provided for non-crewed runners. Additional rules, required gear, and detailed procedures are published in the runner's manual. Presented by Ultraverse Supplements. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
