The Inflatable 5K in Coventry is an outdoor inflatable obstacle course event featuring giant inflatable obstacles, slides and tunnels. The event includes music zones along the route, a finisher's medal for every participant, a goodie bag at the finish, event photography and on course medical care. There is no official timing; participants may run, jog or walk. Spectators are free in designated areas and toilets are provided on site.
The course is a 2.5k lap with repeated obstacles. Distances and obstacle counts are listed below.
- 2.5k - 15 obstacles - 1 lap
- 5k - 30 obstacles - 2 laps
- 10k - 60 obstacles - 4 laps
- 15k - 90 obstacles - 6 laps
Practical information provided includes on course hydration midway along the route, food and drink vendors on site, parking charged at £5 per car, and a bag drop service priced at £3 per bag with size and security restrictions. Children aged 5 to 15 must be accompanied by a paying participating adult at a maximum ratio of three children per adult.
