Solihull Half Marathon, 5k & Junior Race : 9 August 2026
The event takes place on 9 August 2026 in Solihull and supports Acorns Children's Hospice. All races start and finish in Malvern Park in Solihull town centre and use closed roads and tarmac paths around the town and nearby countryside.
The half marathon follows an undulating route that leaves Malvern Park via Widney Manor Road, passes through Knowle town centre, then a countryside section through Barston and Eastcote with the steeper inclines and declines of the course, returning to Knowle and back to Malvern Park. A three hour cut off applies to the half marathon because of road closure restrictions. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags and marshals are positioned along the course.

- 5k - road, undulating, 56 m elevation
- Junior Race - road, flat, 15 m elevation
Entries include a themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results and post-race goodies. An event village provides food and drink options and partners supply additional finish-line items. Organisers offer an optional event t-shirt available at a discounted price when bought with entry via RT Kit. The organising team states that sustainability is a focus for their event planning.
