Solihull Half Marathon, 5k and Junior Race
The event takes place in Malvern Park, Solihull town centre, on Sunday 9 August 2026. Races use closed roads and tarmac paths around Solihull and nearby villages. The half marathon route is described as undulating and includes a countryside section that passes through Barston and Eastcote, with steeper inclines and declines. The route follows New Road into Malvern Park, leaves via Widney Manor Road to reach Knowle town centre, then returns to Solihull via Widney Manor Road and Malvern Park.

Entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results and post race goodies. Kilometres are marked with distance flags and marshals guide participants around the course. There is a three hour cut off time for the Half Marathon due to road closure restrictions.
The event village offers food and drink options and partner giveaways at the finish. The organiser highlights sustainability as an area of focus and offers an optional event t-shirt available via RT Kit at a discounted price when selected as part of entry.
