The event program includes these distances:

Registered participants receive a designer shirt, a custom finisher medal, and a custom bib. The 5K, 10K, and 15K are chip-timed with live results and awards; the 1 Mile, Kid's Dash, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age group awards. Youth pricing for the 5K/10K for ages 12 and under is $17. Registering by midnight on the Thursday two Thursdays before the race guarantees a shirt.

Age group awards for the timed distances include male and female overall, male and female masters (40+), and top three male and female in standard age brackets from 10 & under through 80+. Course maps are provided for the 5K, 10K (double out-and-back), and 15K (triple out-and-back); the course is subject to change. Virtual registrations include a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and mailed packet; virtual participants can upload times and photos.
