Registration fees are listed in a range and include a designer race shirt and a custom finisher medal for most distances. The 5k, 10k, and 15k registrations include a custom bib and chip timing with live results; the 1 Mile, Kid's Dash, and Virtual events are untimed. Free photos and snacks at the finish are provided for participants.

Age group awards apply to the 5k, 10k, and 15k with overall and masters categories plus top three placements across standard age brackets. The Kid's Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events do not qualify for age group awards.

Packet pickup is available on race day. For virtual participants the packet is mailed and includes a digital bib, shirt, medal, and shipping; participants may upload results and photos after the event. The event follows a no-refund policy and will transfer entries to the virtual format only if the venue requires cancellation or if course conditions pose a safety hazard.
