Event Overview

The Countryside 10k is an in-person road race scheduled for Saturday, June 6, 2026, in Sidney, Illinois. The start and finish line is located at Witt Park.

Race Details

The course begins and ends at Witt Park. Once outside the park, runners follow country roads. Volunteers will be present at most intersections, and arrows will be marked on the pavement. Runners are encouraged to use the left side of the road and be aware of car traffic. The roads may contain loose gravel or potholes.

Awards are presented to the overall male and female winners, the overall male and female masters winners, and the top three male and female finishers in standard age groups from 19 & under to 70 and over.

Registration & Logistics

Registration is online only. Participants can pick up their race bibs at Body n' Sole in Savoy on the Friday before the race or on race morning at the venue. Registration includes a Sidney Dairy Barn ice cream sandwich (available in person on race day only) and a mug. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
