Cotswold Way Ultra Challenge
The Cotswold Way Ultra Challenge is a multi-distance trail event in the Cotswolds on 13-14 June 2026, with a Cirencester basecamp and a looped full route of 100 km. The basecamp supports up to 2,000 participants and sits at the start of the full loop through hills, villages, footpaths and the Cotswold Way.
Distances include:
- 100 km looped route
- 75 km option
- 50 km option
- 25 km option
- 10 km Cirencester event
The route is fully signed and uses GPS tracking via an event app. Timing scans at rest stops log progress for monitoring. Covered rest stops appear approximately every 12.5 km with larger rest stops every 25 km. Catering is provided at rest stops with snacks and main meals, energy drinks, and options for different dietary needs. Medical support includes doctors, paramedics, first aiders, podiatrists and massage teams, plus self help areas for basic foot care.
Event services listed include camping and hostel accommodation at basecamp, camping packages with a circa 50 km campsite for two day options, parking, shuttle buses and transfers to key locations. There are options such as a solo start, an Ultra March option and a new Trailblazerz option.
