Corrida de Los Locos
The Corrida de Los Locos takes place on Saturday, March 6, 2027, at the Municipal Recreation Sports Complex, 205 Caja Del Rio Road, Santa Fe, NM 87507. The course is an out and back that starts and finishes at the complex and offers views of the Jemez Mountains and the Sangre de Cristo mountains. Parking will be available at the first entrance on the left and signs will be posted.

Race number pickup is held at the Municipal Recreation Sports Complex softball concession stand. A map of the 5 mile course is posted.
Registration information provided by the organizer lists an early online rate of $40 for November 1 to November 30, 2026, a later online fee of $45, and a race day fee of $50. The kids race is listed with no fee. Registering before February 14 entitles entrants to receive a race shirt. Post race snacks will be available.
Awards include Top 3 Male, Female and Nonbinary overall, and age group awards for Male and Female in 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus categories.
The Santa Fe Striders offer scholarships to eligible graduating high school seniors from north central New Mexico who participated in track or cross country and who are accepted to a two or four year college. Organizers note the option of extra donations, suggested at about $10 to $20, to support the scholarship program. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
