Event Details
The Corporate FunRun Westchester 5k is scheduled for Thursday, July 9, 2026. The event is held at Westchester Community College in Valhalla, New York. The address is 75 Grasslands Road.
Schedule and Activities
The event includes team packet pickup and company gatherings before the race. The main activity is a 5k run or walk. After the run, there is a post race party with awards. Music is played by a DJ from the start to the finish of the event.
Location and Facilities
Pre race activities and the post race party take place at the student center quad. This area is across the street from the physical education center and parking lot 10. There will be banquet tables and chairs set up for teams.
The race course starts at the student center quad. It consists of two loops around the Westchester Community College campus and finishes back at the student center quad.
Catering and Awards
Free pizza, free beer, and free ziti trays are provided for all participants. Companies are also allowed to bring their own food and drink. A photographer takes free team and individual photos. Awards are given for the largest team, the team with the best t shirt, and the fastest teams or individuals.
Parking and Registration
Parking is available in lot 8, with lot 11 used for overflow if needed. The registration fee is $48 per team member. Online registration closes on Friday, July 3, at 5 p.m. Team payment is due by Wednesday, July 8, at 5 p.m. Race day registration is available but discouraged.
