GoodWill Shamrock Shuffle 5K - Ridgewood, NJ
The GoodWill Shamrock Shuffle 5K is scheduled for March 14, 2026 at Saddle River Park, Wild Duck Pond Area in Ridgewood, NJ. The event is a five-kilometer race that raises funds and awareness for the GoodWill Foundation. GoodWill was formed in 2011 in honor of Will Sullivan and focuses on Angelman Syndrome, a rare neurological disorder on the autism spectrum. The foundation supports schools and programs that serve children with special needs.
Fundraising from the event has benefited organizations such as Matheny Medical Center, CTC Academy, Camp Sunshine/Snowflake, Camp Acorn, and Camp Fatima. T-shirts are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Packet pickup details are to be determined; day-of packet pickup and registration are noted to open early on race day.
The course is an out and back route. Parking is available in the Wild Duck Pond Area on a first-come, first-served basis; when those lots are full participants will be directed to park across the street at 1200 E. Ridgewood Ave. There is no parking on the grass and vehicles parked illegally may be ticketed or towed. Dogs and strollers are highly discouraged for safety reasons. The event is rain-or-shine and registrations are non-refundable. Race photos will be available in the event photos section. Awards include first overall male and female and age group prizes.
