AdventHealth Corporate 5K
The AdventHealth Corporate 5K is a team-focused 3.1 mile run and walk held at Lake Eola Park in Orlando on April 29, 2027. Businesses and non-profit organizations form teams to participate either in person or virtually. The event supports community causes with proceeds donated to the Track Shack Youth Foundation and Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida.
The event offers a single distance of 5K and includes participant amenities such as an event bib, a unisex shirt, and a customized finisher certificate. Virtual participation is available with options for packet pick-up at Track Shack or domestic shipping for an additional shipping fee. Processing fees apply to registrations and entry fees are non-refundable.
Team captains create and manage teams, recruit members, and coordinate logistics. Team captains receive a team box of materials for participants who register by the team box deadline. Captains may designate seeded runners for a front corral according to the event seeding rules. Team tents are available for rental in defined sizes with published rental fees; outside tents are not permitted and one banner may be displayed within a rented tent.
The course runs through downtown Orlando and finishes at Lake Eola Park. Live entertainment is scheduled along the route and at the Walt Disney Amphitheater in the Gold Zone. Additional event features include an 8-week training plan, T-shirt design contest, team awards, and partnership activities with local vendors and sponsors.
