About the race
The AdventHealth Corporate 5K takes place on April 29, 2027 at Lake Eola Park, 227 N Eola Dr, Orlando, FL. The event is a single 5K run and walk held with both in-person and virtual participation options.
Businesses and non-profit organizations form teams to compete and celebrate workplace fitness. Team captains create teams, recruit members, manage rosters and pickup logistics, and may seed up to 10% of their roster (maximum 25 seeded runners) for a reserved starting corral. Team scoring is optional and requires team captains to collect and submit finish times; team score submission deadlines and procedures are specified for captains.
Event amenities include an event shirt, bib, customized finisher certificate, an 8-week training plan starting March 8, team awards, and a post-race celebration. A T-shirt design contest accepts submissions through April 9, with public voting April 14–16. Team tents are available for rent in multiple sizes with tiered pricing and a March 5 deadline to reserve; only rented tents are permitted in the park.
Proceeds support the Track Shack Youth Foundation and Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida.
