Corinth PD Foot Pursuit 5K & Fun Run (10th Annual)
The Corinth PD Foot Pursuit is an annual community running event held in Corinth, Texas at The Commons at Agora. The event is organized by the Corinth Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association (CCPAAA), whose stated mission is to strengthen relations between the community and the police department through education and community service.
Event distances include:
- 5K run
- 1 mile fun run or walk
Registration is offered for individuals and teams, with tiered fees, no-shirt options, and a donation-only entry type. Military members, first responders, and teams of four or more receive a registration discount. T-shirts are guaranteed for participants registered by Saturday, May 30.
Packet pickup is available early on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Public Safety Complex, 3501 FM 2181, Suite B, Corinth, Texas; the pickup entrance is at the rear of the building behind the Fire Department administrative office. On race day parking is directed to 3305 Corinth Parkway, the Old Texas Health Building, and participants are asked not to park on Agora Way or Main Street around the Commons at Agora.
All 5K finishers receive a custom finisher medal. Awards include overall male and female placements and age-group awards for multiple brackets through 70 and older. In case of unsafe conditions the event start may be delayed or the event canceled; registration fees in the event of cancellation are treated as a donation to CCPAAA 501(c)(3).
