COREROX - Multi-Station Fitness Challenge
COREROX is a multi-station fitness challenge held on July 18, 2026 at CORE Cycle.Fitness.Lagree, 229 Waterman Street, Providence, RI. The event will take place outdoors in the facility parking lot.
Participants move through a series of 6 workout stations and finish the course with a run. Each segment is designed to assess functional strength, endurance, pacing, and general fitness across multiple short efforts.
The event is organized into two divisions. The Competitor Division uses official judging standards and is eligible for awards and podium placement. Awards will be presented to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female competitors. The Open Division provides official timing while using an honor based completion system; judges may provide guidance and assistance in that division.
Participants select a division and then a start wave. Waves begin at regular intervals and each wave is limited to five participants. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Every registered athlete who successfully completes the course receives an official COREROX finisher medal and an exclusive COREROX event shirt. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
