Coop's Loop Endurance Run Overview
Coop's Loop is a six hour timed trail event held on a 2.1 mile loop at Brady's Run Park with about 400 feet of elevation gain and loss per lap. Participants run, hike, or walk as many laps as possible within the six hour period. The event fields solo entrants and two person relay teams. Awards are planned for the top three males, top three females, and top three relay teams, and separate awards will recognize the fastest lap by an open male and an open female.
The loop begins and ends at the Four Seasons Pavilion on the southwest end of the park. The first half mile includes a steep climb that rises from roughly 860 feet to about 1,100 feet with sections near a 24.6 percent grade. The course then follows a marked ridgeline single track, reaches a second climb to roughly 1,150 feet, and returns via flowing switchback descents through a hemlock forest. Around the one mile mark the route becomes predominantly downhill, connects to a service road, crosses a small bridge, and passes the central aid station at the start/finish area.
There is one aid station at the start/finish. Pacers are not permitted. Bib pickup is available the evening before and on race morning. Parking is first come, first served near the Four Seasons Pavilion with additional parking at the park eastern entrance near the ice rink at 121 Brady's Run Road, Beaver Falls PA 15010. Pets are allowed on leash but not on the course. Spectators and crew must remain in the start/finish area. Registration opens April 17, 2026 and closes July 31, 2026. Entry fees are listed for solo and relay entries. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
