The event accepts individual solo entrants and relay teams of two or three. The field is limited to 250 participants.
Course and format
The course is a flat, paved loop of 2.05 miles on the West Williamson flood wall and along the college. Laps are tracked by an ankle bracelet timing strap and a timing mat; laps count when a participant crosses the mat. Teams exchange the ankle bracelet to transfer timing between teammates.
