Connor's Way Scenic Memorial 5-Mile Run/Walk
Connor's Way is a memorial run and walk held in Hinckley, New York, over a scenic five mile mix of roads and wooded trails in the foothills of the Adirondacks. The event includes both an in-person five mile run and a virtual five mile option conducted during a multi-day window. A separate kids fun run is offered as an untimed activity.
All proceeds support a memorial and scholarship fund created in memory of the event's namesake. The fund aims to provide scholarships for students and medical students, continuing the honoree's interest in medicine and service to underserved communities.
Registration is online only; paper or cash registrations are not accepted. Fees listed for the event include a registration fee for the in-person five mile and a separate fee for the virtual five mile, while the kids run is free. Shirt distribution varies by registration date: registrants by September 4 receive shirts in time for the event; registrations after that date have limited sizes and later shipping for virtual entries.
