Events

The Utica Ugly Sweater 5K takes place on December 6, 2026. The event includes several options:

The event has a participant cap of 300 people.

Course

The 5K road course starts and finishes at Pizza Boys, located at 9 Clinton St in New York Mills, NY. A course map is available online.

Perks and Activities

Participants in the Team Santa or Team Grinch 5K runs receive a custom long sleeve shirt and a finisher medal. Participants in the Yeti 5K Walk receive a custom winter beanie and a finisher medal. After the race, there is a party at Pizza Boys with free food for runners and beer specials.

Awards are given for overall and age group winners. There is also an Ugly Sweater Contest with prizes for the best, most creative, and funniest sweaters.
