Event Overview

The sixth annual Connor's Claims Ultra is a trail running event with three distances: 50 Miler, 50K, and a 1/2 Marathon. The event takes place in the Oquirrh Mountains near Stockton, Utah, starting from the Jacob City Trailhead.

Course Details

The courses use historic mining roads and ATV trails. Each distance involves significant elevation gain, with the longest featuring climbs of 2,000 to 3,300 feet.

  • 50 Miler (~52 miles): The route includes summits like Porphyry Hill (8,716 ft) and Bald Mountain East (10,006 ft). It has a total vertical gain of about 14,000 feet. The surface is 98% mining road/ATV trail and 2% off-trail. There are eight aid station locations.
  • 50K (31.1 miles): This distance summits Porphyry Hill and Bald Mountain East and West (9,626 ft). It has a total vertical gain of about 9,500 feet. The surface is 97% mining road/ATV trail and 3% off-trail. There are five aid station locations.
  • 1/2 Marathon (13.8 miles): This route goes to the summit of Bald Mountain West. It has a total vertical gain of about 3,900 feet and uses 100% mining roads and ATV trails. There is one aid station location visited twice.

Event Information
