Community Traverse Cleveland Hills 30KM
The Cleveland Hills 30KM is a point-to-point trail running challenge that follows the Wainwright Coast to Coast path across the North York Moors. The route starts at Ingleby Arncliffe and finishes at The Lion Inn, Blakey Ridge, and covers varied upland terrain.
Participants will encounter trail and forest tracks, open and exposed moorland, uneven and occasionally technical ground, and short sections of road. A GPX file and final route information will be provided to entrants before the event.
There is one checkpoint on the route, CP1 Lordstones at 12.7KM. The checkpoint provides water and food including vegan and gluten free options, snacks and race nutrition, indoor access and toilet facilities, and first aid support.
The event has an overall cut off of six hours. Competitors must meet checkpoint and overall cut offs as detailed in the final event information. A mandatory kit list applies and must be carried throughout the event. Every participant will be issued a live tracker which must be returned to the event team. The official route must be followed at all times and anyone withdrawing must contact Race Control and follow the instructions provided.

The event is registered with the International Trail Running Association. Entries open 22 July 2026 and close 15 May 2027. Minimum age is 20 and the entry fee is £50.00.
