Community Strong Race Weekend : overview
Community Strong Race Weekend is a fundraising event held in Sault Ste. Marie at 50 Pim Street. The event is described as the fifth annual weekend and is intended to raise funds and bring awareness to physical and mental health challenges in the local community. Funds raised support the Algoma Family Services (AFS) Foundation and their work in Sault Ste. Marie and the Algoma District.

- USW 2724 Special Forces team events - 4 hour, 6 hour, and 8 hour formats
Race packet pick-up is scheduled at The Tap Room, 50 Pim Street, on the Friday before the race weekend. Registration uses tiered pricing with early-bird and regular periods; entry listings show available spots for several events and different price tiers for the marathon, half-marathon, colour run, and other entries.
