Event Overview
The Columbus Hungry Turkey Trot is an annual running and walking event held in Columbus, Ohio. The race takes place on the first Saturday following Thanksgiving. Participants can choose from several distances including a 5K, a 10K, and a 1/3 Marathon (approximately 8.73 miles). Younger participants can join a Kids Fun Run, which covers a distance of 100 meters.
Participant Amenities
Those registered for the event receive a variety of themed items and race support. Available amenities include:
- A custom race bib and chip timing for instant results.
- A choice of a turkey hat, a long-sleeve shirt, or a hooded sweatshirt.
- A finisher medal, with three different designs available at the finish line.
