Wedgewood 5K Run & Walk
The Wedgewood 5K Run & Walk is scheduled for November 21, 2026 at Wedgewood Golf Course in Powell, Ohio. Proceeds support the Noppenberger Scholarship Fund, which provides scholarships for Wedgewood employees' education and career development. The event is open to the public and admits runners and walkers of all ages.
The route follows paved golf cart paths around the course, with the start and finish located behind the clubhouse. Professional timing and finish-line services are provided by Greenswell/HFP Racing. Music will be played before, during, and after the event. Water will be available at the midpoint and at the finish, and post race food and snacks will be provided. The overall 5K run winner and overall 5K walk winner will each receive a pumpkin pie and a bottle of bourbon; bourbon awards are restricted to winners age 21 or older, with an alternative prize available if needed.
Official race shirts are guaranteed for participants who register by November 1; shirts will be distributed on race morning because there is no advance packet pickup. Online registration remains open until Friday, November 12 at 5:00 PM. A portion of each entry fee supports the Noppenberger Scholarship Fund.
