Course and logistics

Aid stations are placed along the course and are stocked with hydration, nutrition, and medical support; available snacks include fruit, cookies, breakfast bars, chips, and soft drinks. The 100-mile distance is a 10-loop 10-mile circuit (direction alternates each lap); the 50-mile follows the same loop for 5 laps. Pacers are allowed for the 100-mile (after mile 50) and 50-mile (after mile 30) with registration, a fee, age and bib requirements, and rules about aid-station entry and no physical assistance. Camping and designated parking are available at the park; animals are not allowed at the event. Volunteer roles and benefits are listed for aid stations, course marshals, and packet support.
