Colorado 13er Half Marathon
The Colorado 13er takes place in Louisville, Colorado, offering a course that combines elements of trail running and road racing. The event features a looped course designed to provide views of the Flatirons. Participants can choose between three different distances:
- 13.1 Miles (Half Marathon)
- 10k
- 5k
The course for the 13.1 mile distance includes nine miles of flat, crushed gravel. This route is supported by ten water stations and five portable restroom locations along the way. All participants receive a gender-specific performance tee upon registration. Those who complete the 13.1 mile distance receive a finisher medal at the end of the race.
The event utilizes chip timing, with results delivered via text and posted online in real time. At the finish line, participants are provided with iced towels.
