Color Me CASA 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run
Color Me CASA is an event organized by CASA of Floyd County held at Sam Peden Park. It combines a community 5K Run/Walk with a shorter 1-Mile Fun Run and includes color stations along the course.

The event supports CASA’s advocacy for children in Floyd County who have experienced abuse or neglect. Participants may form teams for racing or fundraising; team members can take part in either distance and still belong to the same team. Team-based fundraising is encouraged and prizes are awarded to the largest registered team and the top fundraising team.
Additional activities and features noted for the event include a spirit contest with costume entries eligible for prizes and sponsorship packages that provide promotional benefits, recognition, and complimentary race registrations for up to 10 participants depending on sponsorship level.
